Interviews
Why consult?
If you are going through a temporary difficulty, if dialogue has become difficult, or intimacy is complicated, you might be needing to take a break, a step back, take stock of your personal, couple and family life?
Many fairly common situations can justify consulting a “facilitator”, a third party who will offer you a caring space where you can express yourself and be listened to without judgement.
As a certified Couple and Family Counselor, I support you, alone, as a couple or with a member of your family, in all life situations that disrupt marital and family balances. Through support and listening without bias, I help you identify what is an obstacle in your communication, resolve misunderstandings, put aside what is heavy, express your needs, put words to your feelings, clarify choices, re-establish dialogue and bring out your own resources.
I suggest an initial discussion on the telephone, to learn about your situation and clarify your request, then we will agree to an appointment at my practice. Depending on the situations encountered, one or more interviews may prove appropriate. Interviews can also take place in English if necessary.
